By using this website or placing an order through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, orders, and services provided through the Fifi’s Yarn website and are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Product Information
All Fifi’s Yarn products are handmade. Therefore, small and natural variations may occur between individual pieces.
These may include:
- Minor variations in stitching.
- Slight measurement differences.
- Minor color variations.
- Natural variations resulting from handmade production and materials.
Such variations are not considered defects as long as the product conforms to its description and essential specifications.
Product photos are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but colors may vary depending on lighting and individual screen settings.
- Product Information & Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and prices displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
However, unintentional errors may occur.
If a material error is discovered before an order is confirmed, Fifi’s Yarn may contact the customer to clarify the issue and provide an appropriate option in accordance with applicable rules.
Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds unless otherwise stated.
- Product Availability
Some products are ready to ship, while others are made to order.
A product being displayed on the website does not necessarily mean it is immediately ready for shipment.
Where applicable, the product page will indicate its availability and estimated production time.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Fifi’s Yarn will contact the customer to determine the appropriate option, such as waiting for availability or cancelling the order where applicable.
- Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:
- Name.
- Phone number.
- Delivery address.
- Governorate and city.
- Required product details.
- Size and color where applicable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before placing the order.
Fifi’s Yarn may contact the customer to confirm certain details, particularly for made-to-order or custom orders.
- Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through the website does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order is confirmed after reviewing its details, product availability, and feasibility.
If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and take the appropriate action according to the payment method and applicable rules.
- Made-to-Order Products
Some products are produced after an order is placed.
The estimated production time will be stated on the relevant product page.
Production time depends on factors including:
- Product size.
- Level of detail.
- Design.
- Quantity.
- Material availability.
Shipping time begins after the product has been completed and handed over to the courier.
Therefore:
Total estimated delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
- Custom Orders
Customers may request products according to special specifications, including:
- Custom sizing.
- Specific colors.
- Custom designs.
- Modifications to existing designs.
- Specific dimensions or details.
Specifications will be agreed upon before production begins.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the specifications before production starts.
Where a product is manufactured according to special specifications provided by the customer and conforms to those specifications, the applicable legal exceptions for specially specified goods may apply.
Being handmade or made-to-order alone does not automatically make a product non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
- Changes to Orders During Production
Once production of a Made-to-Order or Custom Order has started, changes to:
- Size.
- Color.
- Design.
- Materials.
- Dimensions.
may not be possible.
Customers should confirm all details before production begins.
If a change is possible without materially affecting the work already completed, any additional cost or change in production time will be communicated before the change is made.
- Prices, Promotions & Discounts
Fifi’s Yarn may offer promotions or discounts for specific periods.
Each promotion may have its own terms, duration, and eligible products.
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
- Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed on the website or during checkout.
These may include:
- Cash on Delivery.
- Online payment.
- Other payment methods made available by Fifi’s Yarn.
For online payments, an order is considered paid once successful payment has been confirmed.
If payment fails, the order may not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
- Cash on Delivery
When Cash on Delivery is selected, the customer is responsible for receiving the order and paying the amount due upon delivery.
Refusing or failing to receive an order may result in the customer being responsible for actual shipping costs incurred due to the delivery attempt and return, depending on the circumstances.
Repeated failure to receive Cash on Delivery orders may result in advance payment being required for future orders.
- Shipping & Delivery
All orders are subject to the Fifi’s Yarn Shipping Policy.
Standard shipping is EGP 95 within Egypt.
Free shipping is available for orders where the product value is EGP 1,000 or more before shipping fees, subject to the exceptions stated in the Shipping Policy.
Delivery time begins after the order has been handed over to the courier and does not include production time for made-to-order products.

- Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Fifi’s Yarn Return & Exchange Policy.
In general, applicable returns and exchanges are subject to the periods and conditions established by law, including:
- 14 days for cases where return or exchange without stating a reason is legally applicable.
- 30 days for defective products, subject to applicable rules.
Products manufactured according to special specifications provided by the customer and conforming to those specifications may be subject to the applicable legal exceptions.
- Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before production begins for Made-to-Order or Custom Orders, subject to applicable rules.
Once production has started, cancellation of specially specified orders may not be possible depending on the nature of the order and applicable law.
For ready-to-ship products, cancellation requests depend on the order status and whether the order has already been shipped.
Once shipped, the order may be handled under the Return & Exchange Policy.
- Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
We make reasonable efforts to meet estimated production and delivery timeframes.
However, circumstances outside Fifi’s Yarn’s control may cause delays, including:
- Courier delays.
- Public holidays.
- Weather or emergencies.
- Technical issues.
- Temporary material shortages.
- Other exceptional circumstances affecting production or delivery.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers and assist in finding an appropriate solution.
- Product Care
Handmade products require appropriate care.
Care instructions may be provided on the product page or included with the product, depending on its nature.
Fifi’s Yarn is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow care instructions or improper use of the product.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, including:
- Fifi’s Yarn name.
- Logo.
- Photos.
- Text.
- Designs.
- Graphics.
- Marketing content.
is owned by Fifi’s Yarn or used with appropriate permission and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or reused without prior permission.
Original Fifi’s Yarn designs may not be commercially reproduced or sold without prior authorization.
- Customer Photos & Content
If a customer voluntarily provides a photo or other content to Fifi’s Yarn for potential marketing use, such content will only be used for that purpose with appropriate consent.
Customers may contact us if they have concerns regarding the use of content they have provided.
- Privacy
Customer information is handled according to the website’s Privacy Policy.
Order and contact information may be used as reasonably necessary to process orders, provide services, and communicate with customers.

- Accounts & Customer Information
If the website allows customers to create accounts, users are responsible for keeping their login information secure and not sharing it with others.
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prohibited Use
The website may not be used in a manner that:

- Attempts unauthorized access to data or accounts.
