Shipping Policy
At Fifi’s Yarn, every handmade piece is created with care and attention. We do our best to make sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.
🇪🇬 Shipping within Egypt
* Standard shipping: EGP 95.
* Free shipping: Available on orders of EGP 1,000 or more.
* Large or unusually heavy orders may have different shipping fees. Customers will be informed of any additional shipping costs before the order is confirmed.
Delivery Time
* Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days.
* Other governorates: 3–7 business days.
* Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Business days exclude official holidays and the courier’s weekly days off.
⏳ Made-to-Order Products
Some Fifi’s Yarn products are made to order.
The estimated production time will be stated on the product page. Shipping time begins after the item has been completed and handed to the courier.
Therefore, the total delivery time may be:
Production Time + Shipping Time
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, available tracking information will be sent through the contact method provided with your order.
Tracking updates may occasionally take some time to appear due to courier system delays.
🏠 Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete, including:
* Full name.
* Valid phone number.
* Governorate.
* City/District.
* Detailed address.
* Any useful landmarks.
Fifi’s Yarn is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete contact or delivery information. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
💳 Cash on Delivery
If Cash on Delivery is selected, the customer is responsible for being available to receive the order at the provided address.
If an order is refused or cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, shipping or re-shipping fees may be charged before a new order is dispatched.
🚚 Courier Delays
We do our best to meet the estimated delivery times. However, once an order has been handed over to the courier, certain delays may be outside Fifi’s Yarn’s control.
If your order experiences an unusual delay, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
📦 Large & Oversized Orders
Large or heavy items, such as certain blankets or large décor pieces, may require a different shipping fee.
Any additional shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
